Ingredients:
- 8 oz lemon basil gemelli from Sarakku
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions:
- Cook the lemon basil gemelli from our store in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and cooked through.
- Stir in the lemon zest, lemon juice, and chopped basil leaves. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked lemon basil gemelli to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta with the shrimp and sauce.
