The shipment of your product is our highest priority and everyday we dispatch hundreds of products to satisfied customers.
We try to get all orders out the door as fast as we possibly can, and typically this means 1-3 business days to process. Estimated arrival times by shipping method will be made available to you in checkout. After you place an order, you will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is picked up by the shipping carrier. Please note that it in some cases, it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to show movement.
We use USPS, FEDEX, USPS. For US-based deliveries usual delivery times are between 1-5 days.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to easily locate your product directly from our tracking page at any time. Please note that the tracking information is provided by the shipping company.
Returns
We certainly appreciate your interest to try various products to explore international foods & favors. Because Sarakku sells food products, we do not offer returns. If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, please contact us at info@sarakkumarket.com.
Damages and issues
