Ingredients:
- 8 oz fettuccine from Sarakku
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 carrots, finely chopped
- 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jar Bolognese sauce from Sarakku
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cook the fettuccine from our store in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and ground pork over medium heat until cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion, carrots, celery, and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.
- Pour in the Bolognese sauce from our store, red wine, and beef broth. Stir in the dried oregano and basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Simmer the sauce for about 15-20 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta with the Bolognese sauce.
- Serve the Fettuccine Bolognese hot, garnished with a sprinkle of fresh basil or Parmesan cheese if desired.
