Made with a blend of ground beef and pork, along with a jar of our authentic Bolognese sauce, this recipe is a true celebration of Italian flavors.   • 8 oz fettuccine from Sarakku
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 carrots, finely chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jar Bolognese sauce from Sarakku
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste



  1. Cook the fettuccine from our store in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and ground pork over medium heat until cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the chopped onion, carrots, celery, and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Pour in the Bolognese sauce from our store, red wine, and beef broth. Stir in the dried oregano and basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Simmer the sauce for about 15-20 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  6. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta with the Bolognese sauce.
  7. Serve the Fettuccine Bolognese hot, garnished with a sprinkle of fresh basil or Parmesan cheese if desired.
