A family business owned by Vicky Allard and Joe Hanglin, Blake Hill utilizes three generations of preserve-making skills to make sophisticated flavors with the finest ingredients.

Our collections include a bespoke Cheese Pairing selection designed with award-winning cheese makers. The Botanical Jams feature wildflowers foraged from Vermont meadows and slow infusions to capture the freshness of botanicals. The Savory and Spicy Pantries highlight noteworthy vegetables and fresh chili peppers for big flavor - perfect for glazing, grilling and roasting. The Naked Jams are made with 100% pure fruit and no added sugar.
