Authentic Thai sauces made from quality traditional ingredients.

Watcharee Limanon, a Thai culinary artist from Bangkok, took a circuitous route in following her passion. Her first career was as an environmental lawyer, advising governments across Asia on new laws that protect lives and livelihoods. It was her travels throughout Asia that brought her closer to the origins of Asian cuisine, sparking her childhood memories and inspiring her to deepen her own culinary skills at such top schools as the Mandarin Oriental Hotel and Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School in Bangkok.

In 2012, Watcharee moved from Bangkok to Cousins Island in Casco Bay in Maine and established the Thai Culinary Arts Studio to share her passion for Thai food, and began teaching the joys of authentic Thai food.

In 2014, Watcharee began bottling her favorite sauces made from traditional, all natural ingredients and shared them with friends and family, and the positive reaction was immediate, especially among busy people who crave authentic flavors and demand healthy ingredients. Gradually, she began selling her sauces locally and WATCHAREE'S line was born.
